Hello everyone,

Some time ago I remembered the wonderful times I had when I used to play UO on the official OSI servers.
On Youtube I stumbled across some videos about UO Outlands but since I've never been very good at PvP I started looking for a server where PvP is optional at most.
So I discovered UOAlive and I have to say you guys did a marvelous job in creating your own vision of UO...I love everything about it especially the summoner class.
Recently my wife (who also enoyed playing UO on the original OSI servers back then) wanted to join me so I created an account for her as well.
About an hour ago we were both playing...she's leveling up a summoner as well while I was having fun with my crafter in New haven when we both suddenly lost connection. We haven't been able to log in since then and when we try we always get a socket error.
I apologize if we did anything wrong or broke any server rules but I can assure you we didn't mean to cheat or anything just having a bit of fun while playing UO and reminiscing the good times we had years ago.
Sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker.
Maybe anyone of the staff could help me with this, I would be very grateful.

There seems to be a larger issue with the server based on what is being said in Discord, so I don't believe you have been banned. Other users have been reporting the same "socket errors" when attempting to login.

I'd recommend you join the discord, you can see if the server is down (it's back up now but was down about 2 hours earlier, a very rare thing to happen) and you can also raise help tickets on there to check with staff if you have account issues
