General:
- SO MUCH HOLIDAY SPIRIT CHECK THE LINK ABOVE!
- Added a Shield Orb Transmog to the Stone

- Added Vice and Virtue Deco (where it will be available tbd)
- Added a TON of new houses to the House Placement tool from the House Contest Winners PREMADES on OSI (thanks Cranky)
- Added a Golden Pig Vanity Pet to the Gold Stone. (why not)
- Added LEGENDARY Cusidhe's to the spawn table. That is all we are willing to tell you for now.
- The Khaldun events have ended but we have decided that we will be running these events every other month throughout the year to give people a chance to get the items more often, the 120 powerscrolls guaranteed from the champs will ONLY be during the Halloween months.

Adjustments:
- Greatly Reduced prices of Titles from City Loyalty, 50-mil for a title was some OSI bs.
- City Loyalty Banners reduced to 150k from 250k
- Trade Deals have been reduced from 2million gold to 150k.
- City Joining reduced from 7 days to 3 days.

- Thief guild joining reduced to 3 days from 7.
- Paragons now drop "Present" flavored Chests.
- We have turned off the Global Broadcast for the Witch Hunter and Witch Priestess. You will now only be told if you are in the close vicinity of the mobs when they spawn.
- CuSidhe and Nightmares are no longer dyable as they have their own Rare colors, it was confusing for people, as well as degrading the rareness of other colors. This also means those who already dyed them now have one of a kind rares. Ya welcome. (sadly though this does mean most will be yellow)
- The Master of the Hunter and Freya spawn has been increased by 50%
- The Season of the Witch lore is live as you may or may not know, and the story lined part of the event will pick up after the Holiday Season. For now feel free to catch up here:

Bug Fixes:
- Guardian Room now spawns a MAX of 2 Guardians at a time no matter how many people are in the room. This is on Par with OSI.
- Can view inside chests on the Vendor Stones in Magincia again.
- Newly purchased Holy Grail tabards will now have 50 / 50 durablity.
