Deco:
- Added a bunch of deco to be used at a later date (LandShip, LilyPads, Random Deco items)
- Base Light stealable items added
- Parrot can now also be 0 hue (Looks like a real Parrot)

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Repair Bench
- Gargish Banner now a deed and added to carpentry
- Tiger pelts added to storage boxes

Adjustments:
- Chat box changed slightly to feel more complete.
- My stats gump overhaul for better readability.
- Cu Sidhe can be tamed and ridden by anyone sans the pads of stupid. (we are trying to make it so not everyone is a female elf for the "meta")
- Wedding dress can be worn by male characters
- Added tiger pelts to Cosmo and Oreo kitties

"Cu Sidhe can be tamed and ridden by anyone sans the pads of stupid." Figures... just dropped 150K for a pair of pads... Great QoL addition to be sure!
