Guide to Installing and Transferring Existing Profiles
Step One - Download the Launcher
The Launcher can be found and downloaded using the link below.

Step Two - Extracting the Launcher
Double click the UOAliveLauncher.zip.
The location you chose above will be where the application appears.
Step Three - Install the Files
Open the launcher by double clicking UOAliveLauncher.exe.
You WILL be prompted by your Firewall to run UOAliveLauncher.exe
Approve the program to run in whichever way your firewall prompts you too.
Firewall Examples
This will open the Launcher and let you download and install the files.
Click the 'OK' button.
It will create a folder inside the selected location titled
'Ultima Online UOAlive'
where all your UOAlive files will be installed.
This includes its very own
Classic UO and Razor Enhanced Assistants
Step Four - NOW WE WAIT!!
Once you click 'OK' the download begins!
When completed, it will look like the image below.
If you don't have any profiles to be transferred hit
LAUNCH
to enjoy UOAlive
"What about my existing Classic UO Profiles and
Razor Enhanced Scripts and Macros!?!" - Someone Probably.
Importing Classic UO Profiles
To import your profiles it's as simple as copy and paste.
Go into your existing Classic UO Folder and copy your Profiles.
(Something like the path below, to wherever you have it installed)
C:\Users\USER NAME\FILE LOCATION\Ultima Online Files\ClassicUOLauncher\ClassicUO\Data
There you will find 3 Folders.
These 3 folders contain
Screen Size, Hot Keys, Macros, Container Settings, Etc.
The Profiles Folder can be copied and pasted into your NEW Classic UO Data Folder.
The NEW Classic UO Data Folder will look like the image below.
Paste your old Profiles folder into the new Data Folder.
It will look like this now.
If a Profiles Folder already exists, you can paste and overwrite it.
Now your Character Settings are copied!
If you don't have any Razor Enhanced Profiles to be transferred hit
LAUNCH
to enjoy UOAlive
Importing Razor Enhanced Profiles
Now we will copy and paste your Razor Enhanced settings.
Open up your old Classic UO folder. You will see the Plugins Folder.
Open it.
There will be a Razor Enhanced folder.
Open it.
We want to copy your old Profiles Folder and your old Scripts Folder.
Now back inside your UOAlive Folder go into the Plugins Folder.
There you will find a Razor Enhanced folder.
Open the folder Razor Enhance.
Paste your old Profiles Folder and your old Scripts Folder.
You will be prompted with a Replace or Skip Files window.
Click
Now your Razor Enhanced Settings are copied!
Run your UOAlive Launcher one more time
HIT LAUNCH
to enjoy UOAlive
