Optimizations

As you may have noticed, the optimizations from our previous Patch Notes have been performing exceptionally well. We plan to give it one more week of observation before proceeding with the full implementation of the remaining system upgrades. This is no small task so we want to really be prepared for this transition.

Server Info / Events:

  • Please note that some of our team members will be taking their end-of-summer holidays next week. As a result, there will be no patch updates during that time, but keep an eye out for some exciting events next weekend.
  • This weekend you can expect to see the Monthly Luna event live!

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the ability to fill a locked down or secure container with water.
  • Fixed Garden Shears not gathering Seeds of Renewal. They will now also provide clearer messages if your bag is full or if you have gathered all available resources and seeds.
  • Fixed Discordance Mastery to provide the intended cumulative bonus based on the caster's skill levels in the three barding skills.
  • Fixed Ethereal Form Aggro Bug.
  • Small readability improvement to the [charactersheet command in-game.

Adjustments

  • Added "South" and "East" wording to Virtue Tapestry.
  • Added new versions of the Earring Cosmetic Masks that can be dyed. Please open a help ticket to have yours replaced with the newest edition if you wish to dye it. (any bought prior to this patch)
  • Added a small chance for the escort-able prison escape treasure chests to contain daily rares. Just to spice things up for those out in the wild!
  • Removed the ability to use hues intended for Fourth of July "sparkly" hat items from being transferable via the transmog tool. While we encourage players to express their fashion sense, these colors were not intended for use and often confuse new players or those on the server, leading them to believe there is a video card or render error. Items already transmogged with these "speckled" hues will not be removed. (If we missed one of these hues, please report it as a bug going forward.)

Quality of Life

  • Cooks and Bakers now stock hundreds more of their items! They took a loan from the Magincia Stone Exchange!

Server Rule Update

Revised Rule Clarification: As always with any rule changes, we make an announcement for @everyone.

We are updating and clarifying our rules regarding AFK resource macroing to ensure that everyone understands the consequences.

Starting now, the penalties for violating these rules will be as follows:

First Infraction:

  • 72-hour ban.
  • Complete account wipe: This means everything on your account(s) will be deleted—all characters, all items, all resources, houses, vendors, resource crates—everything. You will have to start over with an empty account as if you were a new player.
  • Possible permanent suspension: Depending on the severity of the offense, a permanent suspension may be issued. This decision will be made by the admins through a Discord ticket with all involved parties.
  • Important: The 72-hour ban will start after a discussion with the admins, even if you are already temporarily banned. If you do not respond within 24 hours of the initial in-game “jailing” or temporary suspension, your accounts will be permanently banned. We are not here to waste anyone’s time.

Second Infraction:

  • Permanent ban of all accounts linked to your IP address.
  • No exceptions: Appeals can be submitted via a ticket, but all bans are fully documented to prevent confusion or disputes.

Our Stance: AFK resource macroing is detrimental to the server, the economy, and the overall player experience. It also wastes the time of admins & community members. We are committed to preserving a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone, and these revised rules make it absolutely clear that violations will result in severe consequences. It also wastes the time of the admins and other players who are affected by it.
