Fixed a rare occurrence of items not appearing in vendor searches.
Prevented Invaders in Blackthorn from being:
- Allured or Animated Undead to avoid a larger gameplay issue.
Adjusted systems in TOK to ensure functionality persists after server restarts without requiring manual intervention.
