General Info:

• Palomino Horses Price from NPC lowered to 1000 so more people could use the awesome smooth animation.
• Vesper, Skara Brae, Moonglow, and Wind bank have been re-opened
• 3 days until you can join the thieves guild (down from 7)
• All skills given an overall boost to speed in gain by .5, just a slight overall adjustment.
• Skill Scrolls drop rate increased slightly.
• Turned off skills on top of brit bank
• PvP System here: http://uoalive.com/forum/index.php?...n-world-pvp-system-less-ganking-more-fun.410/ has been enabled. It was disabled.
  • Added: Once a body decays to bones, it will become loot-able. This will create little hotspots over kills. Allowing a player time to re-arm, form groups, and fight for their stuff back that wasn't insured or cursed.
• Bug resolved with BOD turn ins. Thank you Timmy for reporting it.
