With a reputation built on their love for gold, booze, and a rough tongue, they've been around since the beginning. Often found at the Three Stone Tavern enjoying a drink, John's interactions were once purely roleplay. However, as his empire expanded, he began outsourcing his services. While still in charge, John no longer makes house calls but offers a range of services detailed below.

Accidentally deleted yourself from the virtual world?
John will piece together your digital persona in their own unique way.
Depending on his recent indulgences, they might even throw in your pets and items.
Home Relocation:
John will move your home from point A to point B, no questions asked (as long as there is room within the bounds of normal house placement rules) with all your items intact, no more pack animals!
Classic Home Rehue:
John will hue a classic home design to a hue of your choosing as long as it is not detrimental to other players retinas and fits the design and location.
Home Customizations:
Simple Additions:
Cost: 4000 Sovereigns and an ale approximately (usually 200 sovs per tile)
Large Additions:
Cost: 7500 Sovereigns minimum (usually 200 sovs per tile)
Special Locations:
Cost: 20000 Sovereigns

- Docks, town paths, connecting two smaller homes via a bridge, etc.
Special Locations:
Cost: 20000 Sovereigns
- Move your home to a one-of-a-kind location and utilize unused space in UOAlive as long as it doesn't disrupt server movement flow or cause issues with in game mechanics.
- Some location examples are the Star Fields of Malas or the frosty Mountain Tops, or locations with tree stumps in the way.

- Blueprints/Screenshots of the Build Idea
- A fully finished home, if you want additions to it
- Location of your build
- No dirt plots
- No connections of 30 by 30's
- Builds for an individual will cost more than builds benefiting the server
- All builds can be refused by John for any reason.
- All interactions will occur in Discord, not in game.
